The Community Health Clinic would like to cordially invite you to sponsor and attend their upcoming annual charity dinner fundraiser and auction, “A Healthier Heartland”. Their theme will be Bridging the GAP in Healthcare. Please come join them in celebrating 17 years of service!

A lovely dinner will be provided compliments of numerous local participating food and beverage vendors. Tickets are $50 per person. Seating is limited. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. The dinner will be held Friday, August 30th at the Pritchard Community Center, 404 S. Mulberry St., Elizabethtown. Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner at 6:30. Please don’t miss out on the wonderful food, moving patient testimonials, a brief program update, a live and silent auction and the opportunity to give in order to raise funds for our local charitable clinic.
