Elizabethtown Lifestyle will host a Farm to Fork fundraising dinner at Highland Sod Farms in Elizabethtown, with all proceeds benefiting CASA of the Heartland. The dinner will include a menu by Tony York’s on Main, devised of recipes featuring locally-grown, farm-fresh foods. The event includes an open bar and attendees must be 21 and up. The event also will include live music, live and silent auctions, red carpet photos and remarks from Norma J. Hatfield, Executive Director of CASA of the Heartland. Non-sponsorship tickets are $150 and due to seating, it is recommended that tickets are bought in pairs. Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and businesses.
