Take the plunge for financial literacy programs in Hardin County Saturday March 2nd in the Junior Achievement Penguin Plunge presented by Bluegrass Cellular. The event takes place in the parking lot of Bluegrass Cellular 1608 Ring Road in Elizabethtown. Participants (penguins) have the chance to collect pledges from friends and family in exchange for them jumping into the icy cold pool! (Remember it raises money for the kids!!!!)

The Penguin Plunge also features the Parade of Penguins, a costume contest, and special awards for those brave enough to take the plunge.

Registration is at 11:00 am with the Penguin Plunge beginning at noon.  Plungers must be 12 years and older (waivers must be signed by parent for those under 18).

The Penguin Plunge helps raise funds to provide Junior Achievement programming to students throughout Hardin County. SIGN UP TODAY!!!!!
