DESCRIPTION:Get your fitness on Saturday\, August 12th\, at Beautiful Buttermilk Falls in Brandenburg with the Talon’s Trail to Triumph 5K Run/Walk beginning at 8am. Race registration is $25. Kids 12 and under run free. \nThis 5k is a charity fundraiser for the family of Talon Lopez. Talon is a 9-year-old boy with an anoxic brain injury from a near-fatal drowning due to an ATV accident. Profited money from runner and walker registrations and donations will go toward Talon’s medical expenses. Some treatments are paid out of pocket to improve Talon’s quality of life. \nRace day check-in will begin at 7am at the trailhead for Buttermilk Falls\, with the race officially starting at 8am. \nPlease join us on August 12th at 8am to show your support!
