SUMMARY:Autism SpectRUN 5K Run/Walk
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our 5th annual Autism community event the Autism SpectRUN 5K. All proceeds from this family fun 5K will benefit Camp TESSA of Hardin County. Camp TESSA (Teaching Effective Social skills to Students with Autism) is a week-long summer day camp provided in Hardin County. Participants engage in various activities to practice social skills\, including music\, art\, mealtime\, games\, and field trips. Support is provided by various community members\, teachers\, therapists\, parents\, and peer partners. \nEach registered runner will receive a race t-shirt! T-shirts will not be included in the 9 and under category (unless registered as a paid participant). The deadline to sign up and get a guaranteed t-shirt is April 8th!

DESCRIPTION:The annual PAWS United Pet Expo is set to be held outdoors at 2855 Centennial Ave. in Radcliff. The event is set to include pet and non-related vendors\, food trucks\, demonstrations\, education\, a silent auction and the largest one-day animal adoption event in the community. Pets are welcome at the event but must be on a leash. To attend\,  a donation of pet food\, cat litter or a monetary donation is required.

SUMMARY:Wild & Scenic Film Festival
DESCRIPTION:Local nonprofit Greenspace will present a film festival at the State Theater in Elizabethtown\, which will feature “A Community Conservation Effort\,” a film about Greenspace’s mission and history. The film is a collaborative effort between several community members\, including Sampley Brothers Productions and Greenspace board member Matt Deneen\, who served as the writer\, narrator and executive producer. The event also will feature several short award-winning conservation films from around the nation. Before the film screenings\, a reception will take place from 6 to 7 p.m.\, featuring vendors\, light fare and a cash bar.
