In a bid to foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit among the youth, Hardin County is gearing up to host its much-anticipated Youngpreneurs’ Business Fair on April 6 at John Hardin High School in Elizabethtown.
This collaborative initiative between two impactful programs aims to provide a platform for young entrepreneurs aged 6 to 16 to showcase their business acumen and products to the public.
Dr. Sakinah Bunch, co-founder and co-coordinator of the event, highlighted its significance, stating that it’s an opportune moment for young entrepreneurs to not only exhibit their businesses but also learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Registration for the event is currently open, and there is a nominal fee of $35. Interested participants can secure their spot by visiting childrensbusinessfair.org/hardincounty-ky.
One of the event’s highlights includes awards and recognition for standout entrepreneurs, with judges evaluating businesses based on their potential and creativity. This aspect encourages participants to strive for excellence and innovation in their ventures.
Furthermore, in partnership with Legacy Foundation, the Youngpreneur Business Academy will conduct workshops covering essential topics such as business plans, marketing strategies, sales techniques, and more. Those interested in enrolling can do so by emailing thelegacyfoundation2020@gmail.com.
