Lincoln Days in Hodgenville: A Festive Weekend Honoring a Legend

Hodgenville, Kentucky – The air in Hodgenville is buzzing with excitement as the town gears up to celebrate the two-day extravaganza, Lincoln Days, in honor of the great Abraham Lincoln. This cherished annual event, set to take place on October 7th and 8th, 2023, promises a weekend full of festivities, community engagement, and a shared appreciation for history.

A Remarkable Lineup of Events

The event’s organizers have put together an impressive schedule, offering something for everyone. From art enthusiasts to fitness fanatics, this festival has it all. Attendees can immerse themselves in the pioneer games, appreciate art at the art show, witness Lincoln Look-Alikes, and even partake in a 5K/10K Railsplitter Run.

A nice selection of food booths will ensure no one goes hungry, while classic car enthusiasts can feast their eyes on an impressive collection of vintage cars. For the younger attendees, the Children’s Parade and various engaging activities will provide endless entertainment.

  • Parade: Saturday, October 7, 2:00 PM

  • Classic Car Show: Sunday, October 8, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
