The Lincoln Trail Workforce Development Board recently released its three-year strategic plan, reflecting on the hard work and insight of the board and many regional stakeholders. Board Chair Dean Schamore joined Community Storyteller Greg Milby to talk about the plan. The workforce development board provides oversight of the Kentucky Career Center – Lincoln Trail, as well as youth services and employment and training activities funded by the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act.
