The Backyard Classic is a unique and very challenging event. 8 hours of running on the 3.45 miles of trail around the Elizabethtown Nature Park is no joke! I had a chance to talk with two of the founders of the event Damon Barnes and Ben Bryan about why this 8-hour trail race was created and what the proceeds are used for in the video blog.
