Lightning ‘N a Bottle Raffle

August 11, 2023 By Greg Milby

Raffle prizes to include Ford F-150 Lightning Long Range, rare bourbon prizes

Elizabethtown, KY – Give 270, a nonprofit organization based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is thrilled to announce the launch of its largest charity raffle to date – Lightning ‘N a Bottle. The event is set to take place on October 25, offering participants the chance to win a variety of valuable prizes, including the grand prize of a 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat Long Range or a $50,000 cash prize. The raffle will also feature an array of rare bourbon prizes, making it an event that’s not to be missed.

Spearheaded by Give 270 and generously supported by sponsor Lightsource bp, the raffle aims to benefit two great local foundations: the Baptist Health Foundation Hardin and the ECTC Foundation. This exciting initiative showcases Give 270’s commitment to contributing to vital healthcare and education causes within the region.

Eric Clemens, board chair for Give 270, expressed his enthusiasm for Lightning ‘N a Bottle, stating, “This raffle is more than just a chance to win incredible prizes; it’s a celebration of our community’s future and the values that sustain it. By offering the F-150 Lightning as a grand prize, we’re highlighting our region’s economic prospects while also lending a helping hand to foundations that champion healthcare and education.”

The grand prize offerings are contingent on the number of tickets sold. Should 3,500 to 5,000 tickets be purchased, one fortunate winner will drive away with a Ford F-150 Lightning and a bottle of Weller Full Proof bourbon, accompanied by an array of 49 additional bourbon prizes, including coveted selections like the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection five-bottle set and various Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve editions.

For ticket sales ranging from 2,000 to 3,499, the grand prize shifts to an enticing $50,000 cash reward along with a bottle of Weller Full Proof. Should ticket sales fall below 2,000, the focus will solely be on the exclusive bourbon prizes, with Weller Full Proof taking center stage.

The exciting raffle draw is scheduled to be broadcast live on Give 270’s Facebook page and YouTube channel on October 25 at 8 p.m. EDT. Tickets, priced at $100 each, can be purchased online at give270.org until 7 p.m. on the day of the drawing. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase, subject to availability.
