Elizabethtown Police Department Officer Kelly Tipple is competing in a unique and, let’s be honest, crazy 348-mile running event called “Heart of The South” Kentucky’s Heartland will follow Kelly daily on his journey. It was another wet but good day. The countdown is on to the finish, as Kelly has less than 50 miles to go!
